AsoBrain Clans
A clan on AsoBrain Games is a group of players that team up to compete against other clans. Some clans play for ranking, others for fun, but most hopefully play for both!.
The X-wars ranking was created to have a clan-2-clan competition in which you can only play against other clan members.
Privileges
- Your clan 'TAG' will appear in front of your name (a 3 or 4 lettered tag)
- You and your fellow clan members will appear at the top of the player list
- You can participate in the X-wars ranking, a clan-only ranking
- Your clan gets a private section on the forum to discuss clan matters
Requirements
We feel the clan wars are a bonus for our regular well behaving members. That is why we try to hold a higher standard for our clans and members. Unfortunately this comes with a set of rules we feel are necessary to keep the X-Wars as honest as we can.
Creating a clan
You can apply for a clan by contacting our Clan Manager. Send us the clan name, tag and a list of members. The crew will discuss the clans members and vote for approval, please understand this can take a few weeks max.
- 8 (min) - 13 (max) qualified members (see joining a clan)
- Many players from one location (IP-address) may be refused
- Starting a clan will not take place in the month December
Joining a clan
- 50+ recently ranked Xplorers games
- Valid email address to be reached on
- No more then 2 recent quit report on your profile(s)
- Minimum violations of our etiquette
- No acts of cheating or sabotage (stalling)
- Almost exclusively playing the same friends is a minus
- Clan changes will only take place in the first three weeks of the month and not in December
Being and staying a clan member
- At least 3 X-wars required every month. Less then 3 wars will result into a ranking penalty
- Inactivity (= 2 consecutive monthly penalties) is instant removal without question
- Valid email address is required at any time
- Regular violations of the etiquette (verbal abuse, quitting, cheating, stalling) is an instant removal without question
- Playing ranked games for a fellow clan member is considered cheating and is instant removal without question
Leaving a clan
- Clan changes will only take place in the first three weeks of the month and not in December
- Removal from a clan will go through an email from the clan leader only
- Once removed from a clan for any reason, there is a 3 month grace period to join the same clan
Switching clans
- Clan changes will only take place in the first three weeks of the month and not in December
- Your current clan leader will be informed of the new clan request
