You receive an email notification your waiting time is completed. You go to our website, try to logon and as a result you get the message: 'Username' has not completed the registration process yet. Please complete the registration process using the registration pages first.'.

Why

The email is not a notification that your registration is completed, it is a notification that you can complete your registration. Many players register and, because of the waiting time, never return. To avoid thousands of unused accounts, you need to claim your account before you can use it. This is simply a matter of visiting the registration pages and identifying.

Solution

Go to the registration pages one last time. Identify with your player name and password (or email address). Now your account is activated and you can logon onto the website like a regular member.
