3. Open the lobby in a new window

If nothing happens when you enter one of the applet pages:

• You suppress pop-up window, or
• You disabled JavaScript.

Both are usually the result of a virus scanner or firewall software. If you can't or won't fix this, uncheck the pop-up option.
